Setup your Roku Device

If you're setting up a new Roku streaming device, you'll need to link it to your Roku account using www.roku.com/link. Here’s how to do it:

  1. Set Up Your Roku Device
    • Connect your Roku device to your TV and power source.
    • Select the correct HDMI input on your TV.
    • Follow the on-screen setup instructions (Wi-Fi connection, display settings, etc.).
  2. Get the Roku Activation Code
    • After setup, your TV screen will display a Roku activation code (e.g., “X1YZ23”).
    • Note down the code or keep the screen open.
  3. Visit www.roku.com/link
    • On a computer, smartphone, or tablet, open a web browser and go to www.roku.com/link.
    • Sign in or create a Roku account if you don’t have one.
  4. Enter the Activation Code
    • Type the activation code exactly as shown on your TV screen.
    • Click “Submit” to proceed.
  5. Complete the Device Linking Process
    • Follow any additional on-screen steps to finalize the activation.
    • Select and install streaming channels like Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, ESPN+, etc.
  6. Start Streaming
    • Once activation is successful, your Roku device will refresh and load your selected channels.
    • You can now enjoy streaming content on your Roku device.

  • Code Not Working? Click “Resend Code” on your Roku device.
